RASA’s owner, massage therapist and yoga instructor is teaching yoga at Pinnacle Physical Therapy! Classes will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:15 and Saturdays at 10:00. We are starting with these times to see how well they work for everyone– so to encourage you all to come and give it a try, your first class is FREE!

These classes focus on safety and alignment, and work with specific issues for the individual to help achieve an optimal, sustainable practice.

6 Class Pass $60, Drop-in rate is $12.
