July and August Hours:
For the remainder of the summer, RASA will have a slightly more limited schedule. The hours for the next two months are:
Tuesday: 12:00-6:00
Wednesday: 9:00-6:00
Thursday: 12:00-6:00
Friday: 9:00-4:30
Saturday: (most) 12:00-3:00
If for some reason, you are unable to make an appointment during these times, please contact Ashleigh as there may still be a way to accommodate you!

YOGA CLASSES!! Your First Class is FREE!!
RASA’s owner, massage therapist and yoga instructor is teaching yoga at Pinnacle Physical Therapy! Classes will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:15 and Saturdays at 10:00. We are starting with these times to see how well they work for everyone– so to encourage you all to come and give it a try, your first class is FREE!
These classes focus on safety and alignment, and work with specific issues for the individual to help achieve an optimal, sustainable practice.
6 Class Pass $60, Drop-in rate is $12.
Please be sure to sign up for classes at Pinnacle online by visiting the contact page on our website, click “View Calendar to See Availability” and the click the classes tab at the top left side of the page. (Classes without people signed up at least 3 hours before the class will be cancelled, so be sure to get in touch!)
Pinnacle Physical Therapy Clinic is located at 3250 Forest Dr #50, next to the Miyo’s on the corner of Forest Drive and Sunnyside Drive.
