Cancellation Policy and Payment Authorization

Beginning the 1st of August 2018, RASA will be requiring a credit card on file to book an appointment– either by phone or online.
The Cancellation Policy (Effective Immediately):
  • If you cancel an appointment less than 3 hours in advance or “no-show,” the card on file will be charged the full price.
  • If you cancel between 24 hours and 3 hours before your appointment, the card on file will be charged for half the price of the service(s).
    However, cancellations in this category must be submitted between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.  (For example, if your appointment is for 9:00 or 10:00 on a Wednesday morning, you would need to notify us of the cancellation by 8:00 PM Tuesday evening.  If your appointment is for 11:00AM Wednesday, notifying us at 8:00 would be within the three-hour window.)
As we have in the past, we will still be understanding of emergency situations, so please communicate with us should something come up. 
Once this new policy is instituted, current clients will be asked to sign a new contract authorizing the card on file to be charged in the event of a late cancellation or a “no-show.” New clients will be required to sign the contract before their first appointment (most likely an online contract).
