To receive automatic appointment updates and reminders (which will also make things easier on us!) you can do one of two things:
-Update your info on MindBody: Click here to visit the website. If you already use MindBody or MindyBody Connect, simply update cell phone information and add your wireless provider. Reminder: YOGA CLASSES!! Your First Class is FREE!!
RASA’s owner, massage therapist and yoga instructor is teaching yoga at Pinnalce Physical Therapy TODAY! Classes will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:15 and Saturdays at 10:00. We are starting with these times to see how well they work for everyone– so to encourage you all to come and give it a try, your first class is FREE until the 31st of May! De-stress after tax day with us tonight at 7:00!
These classes focus on safety and alignment, and work with specific issues for the individual to help acheive an optimal, sustainable practice.
6 Class Pass $60, Drop-in rate is $12.
